Generally, Future Professionals are prohibited from taking or causing to be taken photographs, video, and audio recordings—including any images, sound, or video captured by any device (such as smartphones, tablets, wearable technology, or concealed equipment)—on campus or at any school-sponsored event.
This prohibition includes the use of any device or technology, including but not limited to recording-enabled eyewear (such as smart or camera-equipped glasses, including Meta or similar devices), hidden cameras, or any equipment designed to discreetly or surreptitiously capture images, audio, or video. Wearable recording-enabled or recording possible technology is prohibited within the school.
With an advance written request and written approval of the School Director, photographs, video and/or audio may be permitted as authorized, however, it is the responsibility of the person capturing the photograph, audio, or video to get explicit consent from all individuals who may be in the photograph, audio, or video before they start to record/photograph. To request review of your proposed photograph, audio, or video recording, please email the Director.
While generally prohibited, Future Professionals may take a limited and educationally appropriate number of photographs and videos for use as before/after and in support of their portfolio development.
